Rose of Sharon Jelly

Rose of Sharon is in the hibiscus family and makes a delicious jelly! Our Rose of Sharon Jelly is made from blossoms that grow on our pesticide-free farm. We make a tea from the flowers and then strain it, and then we add lemon juice, pectin, and sugar and nothing else. It’s such a delightful treat! Delicious! Currently available in 8 and 4 oz jars while it lasts. 

This is a seasonal item. We will make as much as we can but when it’s gone, it’s gone until next year! 

note that because of the nature of Rose of Sharon this jelly has a lighter set than our other jellies. Keeping it refrigerated will jell it more so refrigerate when it comes to you.
