Our acorn cap ink is made by hand in small batches from the acorn caps that fall freely and loudly from our neighbor's oak tree. Everything we sell is made from natural ingredients farmed or foraged on our small farm (or in this case, our neighbor's farm!) in rural Virginia.
Acorn cap ink will change color as it dries so be sure to play with it and see what the true color will be. Depending on how heavy handed you are, it could range from grey to brown.
Contains 2 oz of acorn cap ink, 10 drops of gum arabic, and a clove. Shake well when using. Add gum arabic to thicken to your liking. For brushes and dip pens.
