Our Violet Jelly is made from violets foraged from our pesticide-free farm, carefully picked to keep just the petals. We add lemon juice, pectin, and sugar and nothing else. A delightful springtime treat! Currently available in 4 oz jars while it lasts (with one possible extra batch if I find another violet patch!)
